About Morgan

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Morgan and I’m glad you’re here.

Are you ready for a change?

You’ve tried everything you can think of and it’s still a daily struggle to hold it all together. You’re feeling out of control and without authority over your own life.

I’ve been there.

And so have many other people. If you are struggling to cope with your current circumstances, past hurts, overwhelming emotions, or difficult relationships, I understand.

I help people navigate through these difficult situations by identifying and overcoming these unhealthy patterns and coping styles that are keeping them stuck. I help people develop new ways of approaching their life, so that they can have the life they have always wanted.

More About Me

I have been practicing therapy for the past 5 years, but my love for helping others has been lifelong. Though I initially studied to be a classically-trained musician, I changed directions towards my true passion of being a therapist. As a result of this change, I learned many things about myself, the world, others and the nature of change that informs my work with people today. I am passionate about helping clients develop skills and internal resources using DBT, and assisting clients in reprocessing past trauma with EMDR. I enjoy integrating experiential interventions, such as play-based and art-based therapy, to assist clients in all ages to meet their goals and lead happier, healthier lives.

In my free time, I love spending time in natural settings, exploring new parts of northern California, listening to music, painting, reading, learning new things, and spending quality time with my partner and dog.

The following is a list areas I specialize in:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Addiction
  • LGBT+
  • Trauma
  • Children & Teens
  • Greif & Loss
