Therapy Groups

Connection through Therapy Groups

Does it seem as though no one understands what you are going through?

Your friends and family give advice and try to be supportive…

… but you may still feel lonely. You wish you knew people who would “get it” without your having to explain.

Deep Healing Is Possible

Therapy Groups are an opportunity for people to come together and learn from and support each another.

Something incredible happens when people share their experiences, insights, and vulnerabilities.

Relationships are formed and deep healing is possible.

For those currently in individual therapy, groups are a way to take your inner work one step further…

… by learning from others as well as practicing new tools and relational strategies.

Who Can Attend Therapy Groups?

Groups are open to anyone – whether you are in therapy, not in therapy or looking for an alternative to therapy.

If you are interested in any of the groups listed below, fill out the contact form and we will call you with more details.

Conscious Mothering

Having It All Together

Everything changed the moment you became a mother.

You look around and it seems as though all the other moms you know have it together. They make it look so easy.

You wonder what you are doing wrong and why it is so difficult for you. You doubt yourself and your abilities as a mom. Maybe you battle feelings of sadness, worry, and overwhelm.

Where did these emotions come from? Isn’t this supposed to be the best experience of your life?

You are not alone.

In this weekly support group, you will meet other mothers who are questioning and struggling.

You will be supported as you learn to challenge society’s standards of perfectionism that have been placed on mothers. You will also learn what it means to be a conscious mother, as opposed to a good mother—a crucial step in liberating yourself and experiencing more peace and joy as a mom.

You can feel better as a mom. Fill out the contact form below and let’s get started.

Ecotherapy: Outdoor Therapy Group

Are you longing to connect with others in a setting that facilitates respect, equality, and unconditional acceptance?

Do you sometimes experience overwhelming emotions and would like to manage them better?

If so, then this group is for you!

This weekly therapy group takes the power of traditional therapy and transports that experience to a beautiful setting outdoors.

We explore core emotions such as guilt, shame, anger, and grief. We learn where they originated in our lives and how to lessen their impact when they get triggered.

You will learn how to connect to yourself and create a new narrative for your life, while exploring beliefs, behaviors, and core emotions.

This group is an opportunity to be inspired by your own transformation while also witnessing the transformation of others in the group.

Deep friendships are formed through the healing process.
